Stephen Sawchuk is an award-winning Writer/Director/Producer based in Vancouver, British Columbia. With over 15 years of experience under his belt, he has produced well over 120 hours of film & television, including projects for Apple TV, MGM+, Hulu, Crave, Peacock, HGTV, CBC, The CW, and Lifetime amongst many others. He has worked on productions of all scopes and scales across the globe including independent films, reality television, documentaries, TV movies, factual programming, web content, print & television ad campaigns and everything in between.

Stephen is currently Executive Producing the Canadian adaptation of the international hit format 'The Assembly' for CBC (based on the French series 'Les Recontre du Papotin'). He recently completed principal photography on a documentary special for Blue Ant Media, which he Executive Produced & Directed alongside Sean De Vries. Both projects will release Fall 2025.​
